A little about me

My name is Chris, and I am a psychotherapist at Bounce Back Psychotherapy. I have 15 years of experience supporting individuals on their mental health and wellbeing journeys. I am a qualified and accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT), recognized by the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP). I am incredibly passionate about mental health and committed to supporting people with their difficulties.

With 15 years of experience in the mental health field, I have predominantly worked within the NHS, contributing to a variety of specialised areas. My roles have encompassed both adult and older persons care, allowing me to develop a deep understanding of the unique challenges and needs within these populations. Additionally, I have had the opportunity to work within neurodiversity teams, supporting individuals with diverse neurological conditions. This broad range of experience has equipped me with a comprehensive perspective and valuable skills in providing effective, compassionate mental health care.
